I started my small business almost two years ago. It happened while I was expecting my first baby. I was a few months pregnant, and we were in lockdown because of the pandemic. I was always scrolling through social media and buying all type of things. I was extremely influenced like many people by all the bloggers and influencers. Even though we were in lockdown and couldn’t do much, but I was spending so much money on clothes that didn’t fit anymore or jewelry that I couldn’t afford. I realized that some of the accessories that I was buying were not worth as much. Then, I thought to myself, “What if I make this myself and I can personalize it exactly how I want it and save money”.
After that, I started creating new accessories, looking for inspo and wearing them around the house just to feel better. My sister gave me the idea of selling them after she wanted some of the bracelets that I was wearing. Everything else felt super smooth and natural. Two years later I invested more than just time, I invested in converting a room in my house in an office, and a lot more capital to get us where we are now.
